Architect or Designer to Create a Floorplan for Modern Sales Office

We need a Floor plan drawn up for 5000 sq foot blank canvas. We are a sales company looking to optimize our new space with trendy lounge space and open floor plan.

5 Private Offices (165-180 sq ft each)
1 Private Office (250-275 sq ft)
1 Conference Room (-450 sq ft)
Kitchen/lounge area (750-900 sq ft)
33 workspaces (50-60 sq ft each)
- (21) 18 A sales people with 2 managers, and 1 Analyst
- (5) 4 B Sales people with 1 manager
- (4) 3 Coordinators with 1 manager
- (3) 3 Admin Staff

Looking to optimize the space while keeping a very open feel. Very few doors. For the workspaces, I have grouped them in a way that we would like to have them separated. The members of each group with closely and would need to be within eye and earshot of the other members of the group.
