Architect - turn a villa into apartments (Tunis)

We are looking for an architect who has experience in:
- project development (from foundation to completion)
- renovation (demolishing walls, installing new walls, placing pipework on top of existing floor)
- real estate (know which m2 for how much it is rented in Tunisia)
- Construction in Maghreb countries (extra foundation places, column structure, guaranteeing the stability of the building, closing staircases
- turn a villa into apartments
- experience in 3D modelling (Revit) and AutoCad
- estimate the costs

We have an villa in Raoued Tunis, we want to change it into multiple apartments. We are looking for an local architect who has experience in these kind of projects.
