Architectural Interior Design

I need interior design for a dental office reception area. I want something that looks like a fancy hotel lobby. Most importantly, I need a 3d video render of the finished space. An architect is currently creating the architectural drawings and the I have attached the floor plan. I dislike plain walls so I want walls that have a 3d aspect to it weather it is 3d wall materials, alcoves, or any other wall design with lights to highlight the design.
At the entrance of the space, there will be a logo wall. I need it to be captivating. The back wall of the front desk will have a tv built into the wall and the wall has to look great, not just a painted wall.
I need a majestic beautifully designed reception desk. using lights and shapes to create a truly opulent look
