ASP.NET - C# technical developer's leader- part time job for a long run - NOT FOR AGENCIES

ASP.Net (C#) developer
At least 10 years experience in developing in ASP.NET in C#
At least 4 years experience in developing in AngularJS
Jquery, CSS, Bootstrap
Angular / React - advantage
Fast and effective work
Punctuality
Self-discipline
Available for question during the day
Flexible - able to switch fast between the tasks
Executive
Proactive - huge advantage
Ability to continue existing code projects even if they are boring, or hard to understand
English - technical writing and reading (fluent - advantage)

Responsibilities:
1. Make technical specs and architecture document by a functional specs
2. Split technical specs into independent tasks
3. Give a time estimation for a project
4. Make a code guidance
5. Check the quality of the code
6. Test new developers
7. Help the project manager
8. Manage code documentation docs

here are several things that important to discuss. We are a project agency at Israel and mostly we developed based on existing systems which have many developers took a part in them. So most of the systems are outdated and architectures are sometimes really bad. The second thing I need someone for a full time dedicated to this job only. Need this person to be available for questions (not working but available) on Sundays. Also working using Toogit tracking and writing down each task on the time tracking, since these reports are sent to clients. In case this is something that may work for you will be happy to take some several test tasks for a start as part of a contract.
