asp.net vb.net graphic design

on the home page of bigboller, so of the images look blurry because of their size. I will share the original sizes of images with shortlisted candidates. Unless you have another suggestion, where the pictures are, I would like you to put some verbiage so if they hover over an image, the later picture will display. I need somthing similar done on the mobile. Also, I do not think the first set of 3 pictures on the mobile look good. Looking for suggestions.

The goal is to make the site look as professional as possible. So I am looking for the best solution. Not just a good solution.
