Assistant for online course creation, marketing, and management with Skillshare, Udemy, and Gumroad

I want someone who:

Speaks English fluently
Has experience using one or more of these platforms (Udemy, Skillshare, Gumroad) with some success (Please send a link to your teachers page)
Help to contact other artists with similar skill levels to mine but is willing to be affordable help for answering questions in fine arts classes (overseas?)
Answering customer service questions daily as needed using a FAQ list (you can forward complicated requests to me to decide)
Someone who can help me organize and upload my classes to each platform according to each platforms rules and what will work best for the site
I want help with marketing to people on Facebook and YouTube so my classes will sell better on each platform (research buzzwords and set up a retargeting campaign)
I want someone to check in with me regularly and keep me accountable for my deadlines
Help turn my classes into digital books (from the close-captioned transcriptions, shopping for affordable editors, etc.)
I want help adding captions to my class videos and having them translated into other popular languages, you can outsource this work or allow a robot to do it, but then check the work and make edits so its ready for my approval.

This job will be ongoing, part-time work. I plan to continue creating new classes for a long time as well as upsell products that students will want to purchase. I would rather pay a low hourly fee for help and then send bonuses and tips when above-expected work is provided or sales on the classes go up.
