Asterisk Developer - Build Simple Console

We need someone to build a simple Receptionist Console on top of Asterisk. We need basic features such as blind transfer, attended transfer and stop transfer. As well, we need screenpops for the Agent to know which company is ringing and what employee in that specific company the call needs to go to. We handle calls from hundreds of different companies, so the system needs to be able to screenpop the correct company. Our budget is $500 for this project, with a possibility for more earn out as we license to other companies. We need within 30 days. If you cannot complete the project within this budget, DO NOT BID. We are looking to start ASAP. 2 Milestones - 1 for when project is started, completed and tested and the last when project is delivered.
