Asynchronous PHP to Handle Long PHP Process with large result set from Mysql

Problem: Processing Long Process PHP Script with large result set from Mysql Causing user to wait and perhaps downtime until the process is finished.

Need solutions to handle this kind of long process. Few things that the process did
- SELECT records from mysql.
- Loop Events to check all records.
- Calculation from the result set and need to insert the calculation back into mysql database.
