Attorney needed for case refusal to honor stated right of rescission.

I activated a $3,000 membership with Wealth 212, aka Keystone Funding Network, via a phone call on 12/6 in which I used my wifes business debit card with her full knowledge and consent. The company stated they would be seending a credit card authorization to my wife for her to sign. The membership has not exactly been how the company promoted it, and my wife changed her mind about paying for the membership. The authorization which was mailed to her included my 3 day right to rescisson from 12/6, but also stated my wife had 3 days to rescind after executing the authorization document. The authorization was sent with 2 copies and a return envelope for her to mail it back.

My wife has not executed this authorization and has attempted to rescind her authorization. The company has refused and is now stating they consider my membership to be fraudulent and have stated they have filed notice with the local court and are threatening legal action against me for credit card fraud. In addition, the company has claimed that my wife signed a contract with the company, which is untrue.

I have copies of the original agreement I digitally signed, as well as the emails back and forth between the company and my wife as well as the company and myself.
