Avoiding Patent Infringement with New Biofeedback Product - IP, Patents, Lawyer, Attorney

We are in the process of developing a biofeedback product that works on the users smartphone for the purposes of meditation and self-regulation.

We are looking for expert guidance in developing a workaround to the existing patents that would allow us to patent our emerging application of biofeedback and avoid infringing on the existing patents ourselves.

The ideal candidate should have :
- Excellent English Fluency
- Past experience helping companies carve our space in the crowded arenas of patents
- Specifically, experience working with patents in the jurisdictions of USA, Canada, and EU
