Azure/AWS cloud administrator needed to build a template for small office deployment in the cloud

We need a detail-oriented person. So please read this posting carefully and respond as per instructions.

Looking for a cloud expert who can help us with a simple templated environment in the Azure or AWS cloud.

Here is required setup:

1. 2 or more windows machines.
2. all connected to the internet via a single internet gateway
3. the requirement is that all internet access from these machines must come from a single IP address
4. We need to create templates for this set up so that the deployments can be repeated quickly for other clients
5. I want to be able to remote desktop into each machine separately
