Back End Developer needed to help create a geo location landing page for Shopify site

About us:
The Emotional Culture Deck is a ecommerce site that sells a card game to help businesses create better workplaces.

What were looking for:
An experienced web developer to help build on Shopify. We need someone to work on creating a page that all visitors land on that then asks them if they live in New Zealand or the Rest of the World. I then need site visitors to be able to click on either NZ or Rest of Word and redirect them to a New Zealand hosted version of the site in NZD. Or if they click on Rest of World they will be directed to the version of the website that is USD based.

Currently I only have one site that all visitors regardless of country of origin visit.

But because Shopify does not offer multi currency for small businesses -I need to send New Zealand visitors to a New Zealand based site, where I will charge in NZD- importantly this will allow me to charge Goods and Services Tax in New Zealand Dollars -currently GST is charged in USD and I have to manually send invoices and convert the USD GST amount into NZD and send individual invoices out to customers.

I want all other other visitors from the Rest of the World to be able to click on a button that will redirect them to the USD based website where they will pay in USD.

Both versions of the website will be identical -except in the Shopify settings I will set one store to NZD currency and the other store to USD currency (as its set now).
