Baseball card like data organizer for beverage

Data organizing mobile/web app with compilation summary pages where users can easily flip through to remind themselves of detail of what they consumed. Need to incorporate drop down menu with flexible predetermined values. Drop down menu should be vertical and horizontal slides, category and subsections. Able to take a photo and combine it with inputted values to form a baseball card like summary pages. Need to be easy to use as targeted demographic age range is 25 to 65 and have share function with other users.
