Looking for someone who is familiar with laser technology. Need a prototype that will alert a baseball umpire when pitching infraction has occurred. Two devices needed: a laser guided beam turned on at a 45 degree angle; and, a hand-held device(indicator) that flashes and vibrates when the infraction has occurred.
