I opened a GMBH company in Germany and have not used it but the vat returns and end of year accounts need to be done. I am wanting to registered the company at your address for mailing purposes. This person would need to do all accounting duties. There will only be your invoice to account for. There is practically not much work to do until I decide to trade.
I need some one based in Germany who know all the rules and regulations, I am based in the UK.
