Boost my WP website speed

My WP website reaches 89 on mobile and 99 on desktop for Google Page Speed Insights and 4.5 sec. total loading time on GTMetrix. We already use Cloudflare CDN, caching, deferring js and minifying.

Your task will be to bring it to 96 for mobile and 100 for desktop on Google Page Speed Insights and less than 2,5 sec. fully loaded time on GTMetrix without losing ANY functionality of the website, including background and fonts. Scores must be detected from my own connection since all of my website users are from my country.
