BootStrap (Wordpress) Mobile Menu - Build Or Find Script.

We need a highly experienced expert bootstrap wordpress developer to build/install a desktop and mobile menu script that works perfectly on our existing wordpress theme that is coded in bootstrap (grid).

NOTE:
Menu Requirement.
- deskop parent/child menus, left/right edge detection.
- parent link clickable (note, this is not standard boot strap protocol, usually parent can't be clicked, but we want it to be able to be clicked.
- on mobile, must 'roll over' with clean effect and fill view port
- on mobile, must have ability to scroll up and down
- on mobile, positional marker when open and close of child menus must scroll to correct position, no bugs.
- generally need all normal functions of a high quality desktop/mobile wordpress menu.
