Breach management and security compliance plan for SaaS company

Part A: Vulnerability Testing and Disaster Plan: Create a plan for regular vulnerability testing and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan.
> Creating a disaster recovery plan: Internal human resources to set up and business continuity management, and disaster recovery plan
> Plan for conducting penetration testing once every two years.
> Plan for conducting vulnerability testing once monthly.

Part B: Breach Management: No formal or comprehensive breach management plan to identify, contain, remediate, report / notify and prevent.
> Internal human resources to set up breach management plan.
> In developing its Breach Management Plan, ensure it outlines what constitutes a potential or suspected breach and what the criteria is for reporting the breach, based on the legal test of determining real risk of significant harm.
> Should develop a standard operating cyber threat playbook.
Plan for annual simulation of threat response.
