Bugfixing Wordpress: Email / SMTP not working

Dear Freelancer,
i develop a custom plugin for wordpress but now im facing big problems with wpmail function.

It looks like that server is not sending any emails to registered user / admin.

I installed wp smtp but it is not working

I am looking for a real expert in WP that can solve this probleme with ease!
