Build a modern website for Hong kong and mainland china market

I need a website built on my server that is modern for the chinese and hong kong market and uk market as well.
It has to have 3 languages and look really slick with a modern look
it needs to be ok on mobile and desktop and be fast loading and have traditional chinese and mandarin chinese and english as its 3 languages so you need to be able to work with all 3 languages.
I want to do a video call to talk to you and interview you before we start and then I will give you a test piece of promotion to make to see how we work together which I will pay you for then if you are the one we will build the site.
You must speak and work in all 3 languages traditionla as spoken in Hong Kong and Chinese in mainland china and english so you can speak and write with me.
