Build a Web-Based Software to Remove Image Backgrounds

Im looking for someone or a team of people who can help build a web-based tool. We are starting the first round of interviews now and will interview all candidates before hiring.

The tool will be primarily used for graphic designers. We will want an estimate timeframe and price for the project so please use the websites provided as your reference for giving details and we will provide more details later in the interview. You must have experience in full development and be confident you can do an AMAZING job on this project.

The main function of this tool is simply to remove backgrounds of any image uploaded.

We have graphics for the entire look of the front end.
