build an android app to show notification that bluetooth audio codec is used

I want simple app which should always run background and runs at startup automatically , and the app must show a toast notification that aptX (bluetooth audio codec) is used when a bluetooth headphone that supports aptX is connected via bluetooth to andoid smartphone which also supports aptX (bluetooth audio codec),
My android smartphone (LG V30) support aptX codec functionality , also my headphone has aptX codec functionality (iDeaUSA S204) , but when I connect I dont know if aptX codec is used or not, so I need app to tell me by toast notification that aptX codec is used

My device already shows toast notification for aptX HD codec by default , but not for aptX , so I want an app to give me toast notification that aptX codec is being used.

User interface not needed , only need functionality.
so many devices already have this functionality for both aptX and aptX HD like oneplus , asus, xiomi, but LG only shows for aptX HD
