I am seeking an economist specializing in micro/behavioral economics. I am building a rewards system within the platform to incentivize application users to perform certain actions and earn coin. This coin will be freely traded on the open markets once we have completed our ICO. There must be a balance between how we structure this incentive engine and the market impact from users selling coin or using them for consumption within the platform.
