Bulk edit prices on a single webpage integrated into our existing sql server db

I need a skilled front end / back end developer who can create 1 webpage with the following functionality:

1. place a search field where one can search for specific products / specific product categories or whole store and select the ones that should be affected.
2. once for whole store has been selected - then one should be able to remove some of the items.
3. Once items have been selected one should be able to do the following:
* schedule when the discount should take place (set a startdate/time, enddate/time of the price reduction/increase for the products chosen).
4. ability to choose if the price number should be rounded - for instance to nearest 0.95 or to nearest value.

You will get access to the sql server db structure so that it can be integrated into our existing system. You will have not have to do the integration with our website - you will create a stand alone solution.
