Business Development Partner for IT Firm

We are a startup IT firm providing web and mobile development services to clients. We have a strong team of 30 developers and designers. What we lack right now is someone who handles all the sales/marketing aspect of the business. We are all developers and designers and not marketing experts, so we need either a team or an individual who can partner up with us. They or he/she will be responsible for bringing us new projects/clients on a regular basis and we will be responsible for all the development work. We want to concentrate on what we do best i.e making great website and apps and leave the sales to ones who are more experienced. As simple as that. For each project, we can split the fees 50 - 50. I think thats more than a good deal.

A good telemarketing team or individual experienced in same field.
