I want to have a plan for a service based business specialized in different services, below are some examples:
- Web Design
- Logo Design
- Online marketing
... and many more services
I want the plan to be based on 1 year and 2 years and 3 years as following:
- Currently, Im working as a middle man, so I really do not have a logo designer for example. I get a job and I forward this job to a logo designer and then I put my margin. So I want to plan with two scenarios in mind. A) If I have employee on the ground and If Im having an outsource employee.
- I want to have a sheet within the business plan that, has the following:
product code, product name, cost, sale price, net profit, minimum advised sale price.. etc. Ill give you full details.
- I want to calculate the basic plan requirements, such as costs, salaries, marketing and recurring costs... etc. The plan should be really easy to deal with.
- The plan should be done on an excel sheet so any change will be reflected in the plan. And it should be printable on an A4 page. (Maybe, youll create a Word Document as final draft).
- The plan should be detailed, even advising me about the minimum sale price per product to achieve profitable business.
- Im not always paid in full, so Im paid in milestones.. so keep that in mind.. how will this be reflected on the business plan?
- Your plan should be detailed and outlined... you should ask as many questions as you need. And I should be able to ask you questions where you should be open to answer them.
- Sales forecast should be provided for 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years. Also I need you to guide me to set a sales target to achieve a great profit.
- You should tell me at which point Ill be having my break even.
- I want you to provide a full-fledged business plan. If you do not know how to provide it, or if you never done detailed business plan before then please do not submit a bid.
- I want a power point presentation about the same business plan. This easy be clear to understand.
- I might require a phone call through SKYPE, so make sure that you have your microphone ready and that you have good English.
