C# software agent to pull list of installed software, with PHP Web Admin Manage Console.

Need someone who has visual studio C# experience and PHP and MYSQL experience.
This project has a lot of the logic worked out, needs someone to clean up and get final
solution completed.

Focus: Help develop c# agent software to run on windows Host PC, that will get list of install software Windows PC, which is reported to Database MySQL. (This has been done, just need to tweak) Will explain details)

2nd. The agent software needs to report every time user logs back in the results of installed software found on the Host PC. Note: when agent software is installed on the Host Pc, the
1st reporting of installed software for the HostPc to the Database online needs to be used to create a base line by the Admin in the Web backend interface to establish a list to compare against so the system can be flagged when new software has been installed on the HostPc.
(Note) This has been done, just need to tweak the process.

3rd Admin needs to be able to create a Global accepted list that does not trigger a flagging of the HostPc if install list that is used to compare to check if new software has been installed on the Host PC. Note: The compare list is established by what the agent on the HostPc reports to the Database 1st, which becomes the baseline List of install software that will be used to help identify when new software has been installed on the HostPC.

How process should work in simplest terms:
1st. Agent software is installed on a Host PC, which job is to get listed of installed software on the Host Pc, then report it to online Database.

2nd. The Host PC shows up in Online Admin Dashboard as "Registered" with a Green Light

Register means, A agent is reporting to the database the list of installed software on the HostPC, and a baseline has been established to be used to compare against future reported list of installed software on the HostPc, if new software is found on the HostPC. The HostPc will show on the Admin Dashboard as Non-compliant. with a Red Light Flashing.
(Note) This is needs to be developed. Logic completed, just need some work.


The other parts are inline with the post, will be explain to complete the project.
The Logic and Main coding has been developed, just need to clean up and get Web Interface in place.
