Capture 802.11ac WiFi packets for Amazon Echo Dot 3rd Gen

I need the packet capture, including WiFi Management Frames (e.g. probe request, probe response, the WPA2-PSK handshake, etc.) for an Amazon Echo Dot 3rd generation. The WiFi connection needs to be 802.11 ac ONLY (e.g. not any other version of 802.11).

I need the full set of WiFi messages from (x) power on of a pre-configured Amazon Echo Dot 3rg Generation through (y) successfully completing a single voice command. I also want the data filtered, so I only see MAC address info for the Echo Dot device and the WiFi Access point.

You have the options of either (i) simply sniffing the packets over the air, (ii) running a PC/latptop as the access point and sniffing the packets via the WiFi interface, or (iii) collecting the WiFi messages from an access point that logs the data.
