I have budget 200 dollars for 120 chapter/episode full color comic. 1 chapter or episode min 65 panel. Story from me
I prefer Japanese style comic or Korean style comic

Excellent knowledge of Photoshop

Demonstration of creativity

Adaptability to different illustration styles (chibi, cartoon, anime)

Knowledgeable in games, comics / web comics

An open mind to feedback and criticism

Assertiveness in proposing creative ideas for a better storytelling

Self-discipline and good time management
