CCTV Behaviour Analysis

All coding must belong to me after the project (all IP will be bought exclusively).

I require analytics of live CCTV footage to determine:
- how much of time an employee is actually at their station working
- who the employee is (based on an onboarding of employees initially the machine should recognize employees based from a limited database)
- how the employee compares in performance to other employees in the same position (performance against output targets)
- whether the employee as stolen anything
- using IoT with some equipment - directly link outputs to a POS system
- reports on the above in excel and word where necessary

The above is a small portion of a larger project. Should the above be successfully there is a need for a much larger execution to happen.

All details can be discussed by Skype if required.

The idea is to create a proof of concept that will pass the muster for a much larger project.
