About us:
We are an e-commerce business with several online drop shipping stores.

Project overview:
Were looking for an experienced customer support agent to provide professional and friendly service through our email and live-chat channels. This person should have a passion for helping others and be able to stay calm under pressure. Working hours will be 2 to 3 hours per day, 7 days per week.

This project requires:
- Customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent writing skills in Dutch
- Shopify and or drop shipping knowledge is an advantage
