Botanima is an e-commerce business, selling wellness and beauty products online to the US market and specifically for baby-boomers, under a premium brand. Our product lines include oils, tinctures, soft-gels, pills, as well as skin care topical creams and balms - all based on botanical ingredients and infused with CBD - a none psychoactive ingredient of the Hemp plant which is fully legal federally in the USA.

position overview:
Were looking for an experienced customer support agent to provide professional and friendly service through our email phone-call and live-chat channels. This person should have patience and the ability to learn about the world of CBD in order to answer every question customers might have.

This position requires:
- Customer support experience
- Fluent writing skills in English
- Knowledge in the world of hemp and CBD- advantage
