Chat bot creation

i would like a chat bot on my site, I have WordPress.

Simple Pop up Bottom Right hand Corner, would make a Ding noise with a popup looking like someone can help them;

The bot would ask Can I have Your Name Please? Customer inserts name and Phone # into a box; then hits ok, then goes to next question

Do you have a Computer or laptop or mac problem you need help with?

[YES] / [NO] - Dialog box would appear

after they would click [YES] , then go to yes script = Please stop in at 2 Pelham Town Square in Fonthill any time after 1 monday to friday

Then Bot Exits
