Check and Report AD, Domain Server, Virtual Server and Network

Check and Report AD, Domain Server, Virtual Server and Network for issue and Report, Provide Diagram and advice for failover.

Candidate needs to have knowledge of ADDC domain, Network, VPN site to site, Bones if the candidate has knowledge in Ubiquiti System.

This task is to review, check, report, Diagram and advice for the additional work. Any additional work will need to agree cost within both parties (Me and the Selected candidate), sign off and approve before work started.

3 sites with a different location each have their own static IP.

Work of Scope:-
1) Check AD/domain Server 1st and 2nd server and Report (Health/Status and if any work needed)
o If both server sync.
o If both DHCP sync and setup correctly.
o If all setting are correct and plan for VPN for all 3 site
2) Check 2 x Physical server each site that host virtual machine and Report (Health/Status and if any work needed)
o If both Physical Server virtual are sync
o If the Physical Server network setup correctly
3) Check Unifi WiFi System Report (Health/Status and if any work needed)
o If the setting is correct
o Need report for the current WiFi threshold i.e. how any device can each AP hander, DHCP range, Bandwitch and security.
4) Check firewall Router Draytek 2690 Report (Health/Status and if any work needed)
o If it set up correctly and does it have VPN ready.
o Report and document in detail. i.e. port no, used, point from and to.
o Advice on failover solutions.
o * Know issue - VOIP system call quality issue.
5) Create a system diagram and save as .vsdx for each site Office and Guest
6) Advice regarding the VPN for Site to Site and work needed.
