Chemist required with sourcing experience (Specialty & Pharmaceuticals)- India market

Our company - Trishulent India is an enterprising trading company that caters to factories for their raw material needs. The industries we focus on are Plastics, Laminates, Ceramics & Resins. Our office is located in Mumbai, India. We have our subsidiary- Trishulent USA LLC located in Texas.

We require a Chemist who has industry experience of 5+ years. Atleast 2 years experience in sourcing is required. The job focuses on sourcing of chemicals. As we are a trading firm with many clients, we have requirements for many chemicals everyday. We need to source such chemicals, vet their suppliers & negotiate pricing & delivery in a short time to service your clients.

The job entails-
- Finding out suppliers in the world for a chemical our client enquires for (Focus: India market)
- Vet the suppliers credentials & get their sales person contact
- If possible get quotes from 2-3 suppliers to save our time

This is a long-term contract - 12 months or more. You may be working for just 2-3 hours per week depending on our requirements. You will be our chemist-in-need whenever we need to source for a chemical.
