We plan to attract and foster the new, emerging cannabis enthusiasts, nationwide through our exclusive social network; and to stimulate these people with our hosted and brand sponsored social groups called Connections. Our app takes people out from behind their phone screens and into their communities to meet other like-minded individuals, learn new skills, explore brands and get inspired by the things they love.
Classy Joints is seeking a Senior iOS and Android Architects / Developerto join our New England-based Mobile App Team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, and has a passion for both the business and the technology. You will be responsible for maintaining existing code and developing new features in a Swift based native iOS application. Were looking for a partner who values collaboration, innovative problem solving, and quality products so that we can provide the best possible experience for our customers.
PROFICIENTIES:
* Self-starter with ability to work well remotely or in a team environment
* Excellent customer service skills, including verbal and written communication skills
* Expertise with Swift (preferred) and heavy experience with Android SDK, testing frameworks, and build tooling. Understanding of common iOS design patterns to learn new concepts and architectures quickly, as well as react to changes in priority or requirements on the fly with Git, branching strategies, and pull requests
* Experience in writing quality unit tests, UI automation tests, and TDD
* 5+ years of web services and SOA related standards
* Proven experience in writing high quality, reusable code with minimal defects
* Experience releasing to the App Store frequently, with no loss in code quality

EXPERIENCE:
* Mobile: 6 years (Required) with examples and references
* iOS: 4 years (Preferred) with app examples and reference
* Needs to have completed and submitted other apps successfully to apple and google
* UI and graphic work is a plus
