Chines Sourcing Agent and Research needed in Foshan for start up website project

Im offering you a great opportunity to be a part of the company that I want to establish. Its start up an e-commerce for a good quality of chines furniture in MENA gulf region, and I need a to deal with a parties and one of the parties will be the chines agent, but before we start I have a few quires needs to be answered by a chines expert in this field.
