Civil drafter/designer with AutoCAD and preferably Civil3D experience

Looking for at least one EXPERT civil engineering designer/drafter for ongoing work. The company is responsible for civil engineering work for high-end residential projects, occasionally we get involved with the architectural or structural side of things as well. This job will pay well and provide additional opportunities for the right applicant(s).

REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive experience with AutoCAD and preferably Civil 3D
- License or ability to access necessary CAD software
- Experience with civil residential projects and land/site development
- Added bonus for applicants with architectural and/or structural drafting and design experience
- Experience with Revit and other CAD programs is a plus as well
- Ideally 20+ hours/week of availability and be reachable by phone and email during regular business hours (candidates with less availability are welcome to apply but please mention that in application)

This will be ongoing work and there will be bonus opportunities and potential for managing other remote drafters for the right candidate. Job will start with residential projects and may expand into medium sized commercial projects. Need applicants with experience doing drafting and basic design work for land development projects. .
