Civil Engineer for creation of Site Plan for Single Family Home

I own a home in Orange, CA and am planning a major renovation. Im looking for a civil engineer to create an ACAD package that includes an existing site plan that includes utility meter/runs from the street and on the property, existing grading plan that documents existing drainage system and an existing hardscape / planting plan.
