Closing Contract Audit Project

The project is about Auditing/analyzing many reports and come up with one informative report.
It must be an interactive report. Showing data and all kinds of relative charts to display the data in a very informative yet easy way to ready with the option to see the details behind those charts.
With the option to select whatever information we want to know /show on the charts compared to any other information in the report.

It is a contract between our subcontractor and us.

The main subject of the report/contract is “Manpower”

IMPORTANT NOTE: We know inside those reports, there are missing data or fake data done by the contractor and we need you to find it as well.

Note: You will need to have expert knowledge of Big Data, Data Analysis, AI, and Power BI.

The reports covers but not limited to the following areas :
- Number of manpower as per contract
- Number of manpower exists
- The grade for each employee
- List of all Departments by Section
- Cost scale as per contract
- Salaries paid to the employees ( Actual Cost )
- Financial Penalties imposed for each open position per day
- Overtime hours
- Overtime cost
- Man-hours ( converting every 8 hours of overtime to be equivalent to 1 employee on site )
- Exit employees ( employees who left the company back to their countries ). They do not exist on-site anymore.
- GOSI List ( Their official Registration Record with the Government ), List of their employees.
- Work Permit Cost
- List of GDP employees ( Government Designated Personnel )

It is a huge project that we are still even digging to get all missing pieces together. The above is the headline or the main things so far. More data will be provided to be analyzed and to be included in the main report in conjunction with the other reports.

NDA must be provided before providing the data.

Note: The Budget is expected to be estimated by you. It will be discussed with the qualified Agency.
