Looking for someone experienced in using google cloud vision api & php to create the training pipeline consists of the following steps:

The PDF files are retrieved from cloud storage and are converted to PNG files and uploaded to a new Cloud Storage bucket in the project. The PNG files will be used to train the AutoML Vision models.
