Role:
We need a freelancer whos an experienced cold caller to call on roughly 400+ property owners of vacant houses per week. Youll get the numbers and names from craigslist, zillow, or out internal database.


Requirements:
Must be great at phone sales.
Must be willing to learn our CRM.
Should be good at using screen capture software/sites where applicable.


Salary and Pay:
We estimate that a person will complete 3-4 hours of research and calls per day to be successful. You will be paid $250 per closed real estate deal. We expect you to close 2 deals a month.
