I need a new web based portal system for multiple log ins to access each agents details and property data.
I have an existing MS Access database with approx. 11000 properties which performs many functions to enable us to run our smoke alarm maintenance business. We are now re-branding and adding more services.
I have an early stand alone version of the software, but we have added several more functions since then, however we will want many functions disabled as the agent will be responsible for these functions. We also have screen shots of what the agent will be using. The web page is being designed in Australia as specific colours need to be used, however it is the back end we need to be made too work. A copy of the Access data base is available if and when required to acquaint you with the functions it carries out. Further, wherever the existing name S.A.M Systems QLD appears, it will need to be replaced with Complete Property Compliance Australia
