Computer vision expert needed

I am looking for an expert to help with building a cutting edge, custom, computer vision product.

The project will be in two phases:
* Phase 1 - an image processing application using Python and OpenCV.
* Phase 2 - applying deep learning to the output images from Phase 1 to do real-time object detection and tracking in video. This phase will use Python and Keras.

If you are awarded the job, you will be given a few short term deliverables to evaluate their capability and our cultural fit working together. If successful, this will turn into a long-term project with good pay and flexible hours. I will be co-authoring this system with you so it is important that we work together well.

Requirements for applying:
* Proven experience building software using Python, OpenCV 3.x or later, and Keras
* Expertise with color spaces, transforms, and standard image processing techniques
* Experience with image processing, motion estimation, and high performance pixel processing.
* Excellent written English skills
* Track record of meeting deadlines
* Very responsive communications. This is a fast moving project that requires constant communications via Toogit chat.
