We have a client that has some ideas of building a 5 home, beach development in Turks and Caicos. The client has put together a detailed commentary on what he would like to see. He would like to see floor plans and elevations first, then, if accepted, to do a full 3D rendering.

Lots 1 and 2 will be the same home, so please just design one house for both lots. Just focus on this home, as we have another person designing lots 3,4 and 5.

Ive included a Dropbox folder that outlines the clients wishes, as well as some preliminary, low res sketches.

We are looking for floor plans and elevations, as per the documents submitted. If those are accepted, we will get you to do the 3D as well.

Delivered file needs to be in Revit.
