Configuring Jira workflow conditions validating custom field values

Im looking for a jira administartor with basic programming skills in groovy and Java in order to create two conditions for a workflow transition. The first condition should check the status of a custom field (pass) and the priority (has to be high, other priorities do not Need custom field status verification) and the other condition should check if the issue type is related to a bug when a certain status (fail) is true.


The custom field is the testrun field from Xray, a jira Plugin. The only challenge is to be able to verify the custom status field in both conditions. I will share some screenshot with shortlisted candidates for more clarification. I want simply to validate the result value.
