I have the following task to be done:
There is a simple VOIP app implemented on pyhton. It makes calls. Each call produces and audiostream which can be seen in PusleAudio monitor. I need to connect to theese streams with another python app, to get these streams and send it to speech recognition API.

So the task is to make python app to choose which stream it sends to Speech API and make it to send it.

The second task is to explain me, how this works, so that I could use it in the future.

Knowing Russian is appreciated (but we can try in English)
