Construction Estimation / Quantity Survey

I am looking for someone to do detail estimation / quantity survey for projects like the attached. I will be looking for everything from Concrete Supply Cu M / Ft, Rebar length, Block qty, Window / Doors, etc.. Basically everything needed to provide accurate quantity take off and project estimate.

We need to assume that each project will entirely be self performed, which means that I need to have a way to account for each item that is needed for the project. For Example, with block walls, I need to account for each length of rebar needed, number of blocks needed, bag of concrete to core fill, etc.., and this should be broken into phases (main floor, second floor, etc..) so that shipping can be broken down.

To help me find the right person, I would like Freelancers to spend no more than 8hrs on the following:
1) Edit and finish the Quantity Survey sheet that I will provide in Excel
2) Do a partial estimate of the project. Please included some concrete areas, tile, hardware.
I am looking for accuracy and clear communication.

I will pay those that I select to do this test. Also, if you have other estimate / quantity survey excel sheets that may be better, I am open.

I know that not everyone will be experienced in all areas of construction, or understand every aspect, so please let me know if you are stronger in one area than another. Example, maybe you can provide detail structural takeoffs, but with Mechanical your only able to provide the basic lengths and finish quantities.
