I have a skincare product formulation ready for a cream and is ready for toll (contract) manufacturing. I am looking for a reputable contract manufacturer who among many reactors he/she also has a small reactor (i.e. to make 4-8 Gal of product initially) so that we can initially make only 600-1000 jars of 1.0 oz/jar of my cream to start selling it on amazon. If the product is successful, then we could make it 3000 jar batches or even 5K or 10K jar batches as the product demand increases.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. NDA: contractor should be willing to sign a two-way NDA.
2. Assignment: IP is controlled 100% by myself. Contractor should be willing to sign my Assignment Agreement that my cream formulation is and will remain 100% solely owned by me regardless if contractor might make any processing adjustments or formulation tweaking during the scale up and toll manufacturing runs.
3. Let me know about the following:
3a) your cost to make i.e. a 6 Gal batch
3b) your cost to fill 1000 1.0 oz jars
3c) your packaging costs to package the 1000 jars in my pre-selected paper box and wrap each box with a thin transparent film
3d) any other costs?
3e) what tests are included in your above costs?
3f) How many weeks or months you need to make and package the 1000 jars of my cream from the moment you have received all the raw materials?
