Convert Lotus Notes Application to Sharepoint

We are evaluating our options for moving a Lotus Notes custom database application to Sharepoint online. Currently our users work offline using Lotus replication which is very good. Lotus also has excellent security built in. We do not have an expert technical staff so a new environment needs to be easy to administer.

I am initially looking for consulting type help to come up with a plan to see whether this is worthwhile doing.

You need to have good experience with remote users using Sharepoint. It is not necessary to have Lotus Notes experience.
